The Infinity Cycles Tech Centre is one of only a handful of designated Bosch Expert and Shimano Service Centres in the UK.

At Infinity Cycles, Durham our impressive store, large, modern showroom and expert service speaks for itself and places us as one of the premier independent cycle stores in the UK. We do however realise that the reputation of a bike shop is only ever as good as it’s workshop and we are proud to be able to offer a comprehensive range of cycle maintenance, servicing and repairs through our dedicated Tech Centre.

Our team of helpful Cytech trained and qualified mechanics are on hand 6 days a week to keep your bike running nicely and you pedalling trouble free.

As well as regular servicing and maintenance work our Tech Centre is also trained and equipped to carry out Shimano Di2 software updates and fault finding as well as, BOSCH E-Bike servicing and maintenance. We also offer in house suspension servicing on Fox and RockShox components.
