Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

30 DAY RETURNS POLICY

Of course we hope you are delighted with your new purchase, however you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our website with or without reason, under the distance selling regulations for refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase we accept unused returns for replacement or refund within 30 days.

Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection before a refund will be issued. If the product is found to have a defect you will be offered a refund or exchange (if available). Refunds will ONLY be given for damaged goods where no replacement product can be supplied. Damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered under our returns policy and refund will not be given.
Returned goods must be adequately sealed in original packaging. On returning items the original packaging should also be returned undamaged and as received. This must be wrapped in an extra outer layer. Failure to do so could result in only a partial refund being issued.
Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting as proof you have sent the package. Royal Mail do charge for issuing a certificate. If you return an item without proof of postage and it is lost in transit we reserve the right not to issue a refund. You are responsible for the item until we receive it therefore we suggest you return the parcel using Royal Mail Recorded (Signed For) Delivery or similar. We will not refund the postage paid by the customer on unwanted returned items or sizing issues (so please contact us regarding sizing prior to ordering if you are unsure).

TheBurgtec Enduro MK3 35mm Stemwas born out of rider’s demands for precision and for those moments when you have to be inch-perfect. Taking design elements fromBurgtec'sWorld Cup-winningDirect Mount MK3 Stemand splicing these with the critically acclaimedEnduro MK2 Stem.

Burgtecdeveloped the Stem specifically with Pro’s and Bro’s alike. It was obvious we all live for the same challenge of pushing our own limits. As riders, we want a Stem that inspires confidence to change lines through the middle of a rock garden like it’s no big deal or slap the inside of a turn and translate all your weight to front-wheel traction. Providing ear to ear grins and saying to your mates at the bottom of a trail, “Did you see that?”.

From the start of the design process, it became clear thatBurgtecwanted extra rigidity. To yield this, they would need to make the Stem using a forging process - a new thing for us. The result of which allowed them to achieve a more intricate shape than machining alone. It involves applying a huge amount of force to redirect the grain flow of the material. As a result, this gives superior strength, fatigue and impact resistance.

Another area whereBurgtecmade a significant improvement in rigidity was by increasing the clamping surface area on the steerer tube. They’ve vastly increased this to give a stout, rock-solid feel and as close to theMK3 Direct Mount Stemas they could. Furthermore, everything is held securely by stainless steel bolts to ensure there is no rust even in the grimmest weather. In addition and like everyBurgtecproduct, it’s fully CNC machined and anodized in all your favourite flavours.

Tested with the world’s fastest jibbers and sendiest racers, this stem has everything you need to hit all those rowdy racing lines or pull that little bit harder off that big sender.
