The Infinity Cycles Tech Centre is one of only a handful of designated Bosch Expert and Shimano Service Centres in the UK.
At Infinity Cycles, Durham our impressive store, large, modern showroom and expert service speaks for itself and places us as one of the premier independent cycle stores in the UK. We do however realise that the reputation of a bike shop is only ever as good as it’s workshop and we are proud to be able to offer a comprehensive range of cycle maintenance, servicing and repairs through our dedicated Tech Centre.
Our team of helpful Cytech trained and qualified mechanics are on hand 6 days a week to keep your bike running nicely and you pedalling trouble free.
As well as regular servicing and maintenance work our Tech Centre is also trained and equipped to carry out Shimano Di2 software updates and fault finding as well as, BOSCH E-Bike servicing and maintenance. We also offer in house suspension servicing on Fox and RockShox components please get in touch for a price and to discuss your requirements.
How Do I Book A Service?

Call ahead to our Tech Centre to book an appointment, on 0191 3784209 (ext. 3)
Drop your bike into the workshop in the day(s) preceding your appointment – You are welcome to drop the bike into us as early as you like. To enable to us to, efficiently complete your repair, we must have the bike no later than the close of business, the day before your appointment.
Upon leaving your bike with us, you will receive an appointment card – this card contains our Tech Centre contact details and the name of the mechanic who will complete your work. Should you have any enquiries relating to your work, please call the Tech Centre quoting the mechanics name and they will be able to assist.

Leaving a Deposit To Confirm your Slot
Upon Booking your Job in the workshop we will ask for a 50% labour deposit to confirm your slot.
You may reschedule the job up to 48hrs before the booking. However any cancelations after this time will result in your deposit being lost.
.How Will I Know How My Repair Is Progressing And Complete?

On the morning of your appointment, your work will firstly undergo a pre service inspection, which will be completed by one of our trained mechanics. This will highlight the extent of the work and identify any parts that may be required.
Should your repair require work or parts, which have not previously been agreed by you, we will get in touch immediately for your authorisation to proceed. It is important that we are able to contact you to discuss this as soon as possible. We are able to text, call or email this information to you; please ensure our team have sufficient contact details to enable us to do this.
We will endeavour to complete your work the same day*. Once complete you will receive a text or call from our team to let you know that your bike is ready to collect. Upon collection, your completed repair will be handed over by one of our team of mechanics; should you have any questions relating to the completed work, they will be more than happy to talk you through everything.
*Our Tech Centre carries an extensive range of spare parts from all major brands, however, on occasion, we may need to order a part which may slightly delay the completion of your work. Should this be the case, our team will notify you as soon as possible.
